MIKE WILSON SIGHTING...

Everywhere I go, people ask me "Have you heard from Mike Wilson?" "Have you seen Mike Wilson?" "What is Mike Wilson doing?"

Just to let you know, I did see Mike Wilson not long after his departure from WMAY. He looked good, was in good spirits, and was tossing 'em back with some local Springfield VIP's at Sebastians. (My kind of guy...at my kind of place)

So what is he doing now? His blog has this bit of information:

I'm too much of a mid-westerner to not be employed. Staying at home with my family has been fantastic, but collecting money just because I don't have a job isn't for me. After a lot of thought, some hardship, oodles of emails and phone calls, and several different offers from supportive friends and acquaintances, I have made a choice regarding the career path I want to follow. I have decided that my future is in politics, and with the office of Senate President Emil Jones.

Awesome! Mike will shine in the world of politics. He's smart, funny, and young. He'll do so very well.
