The debate was awesome. Palin and O'Reilly know how to "rip new ones". Sarah is my HERO and Bill is my IDOL! I actually thought Bill was going to bust the screen on my 64" HDTV. I swear, I actually thought he was going to reach in the left side of my screen and reach across to the right side and punch Barney in the mouth. FRIGGIN' GREAT!
Palin is the most ill-prepared candidate for the presidency (yeah, I know she's running for VP, but VP must be prepared to assume the Oval Office) that I've seen in my lifetime. McCain's choice was a political stunt, and must cause one to have serious doubts about his judgment.
Why does the average American continue to support trickle-down deregulators like McCain, who lavish tax breaks on the wealthy while allowing the middle class to rot? Our current financial mess can be directly attributed to the Republican love of deregulation.
What a disaster if they were to be elected, which happily now appears to be unlikely.
Its not the Republican's deregulation. John McCain WARNED about 2 years ago that if Fannie and Freddie was not regulated more, there would be severe consequences. Guess what...they did not pay attention?

I'm a Sean Hannity kind of guy but I was also a Will Anderson kind of guy... By that I mean a thinking conservative not a reactionary conservative or god forbid a 'neo-conservative' - read 1960's liberals turned 'conservative.' If you don't know what I mean just google Leo Strauss and Irving Krystol.
O'Reilly is just an angry loud mouth. Any serious conservative knows Bill is just doing this for show and because he has a resting BP of 160/100... He's why I tune out Fox News in the evening.
If Bills rants were substantiated by any kind of reasonable facts other than to serve as a means to shut-up his guests/callers I'd take your comment more seriously. Maybe thats why you always talk over callers if they disagree in the slightest with you (poor hupcap he was so right on those bee diseases yet you still chastised him). Granted I'll give you that you're far more giving that Bill and that is not in small part do to your great Southern charm. Bill is just an angry Northerner.
