The Obama Orgy Begins
Watched Good Morning America this morning. MAN -- what a lurid example of a news team doing everything short of making love on the whole of the Obama campaign and the DNC.
Didn't see a whole lot of objectivity is what I'm saying. They were about as impartial as the guys commenting on the Macy's Thanksgiving Day parade. They seemed caught up in the pageantry and excitement of it all instead of being "hard-hitting". Sucked.
I would venture to say that nobody gets even a kiss at the Republican convention.

Ma'am -- You are absolutely right! All of the MSM coverage is similar, up and down the dial. Nauseating, cloying slavish devotion to all things liberal, manifest in a multitude of ways large and small.
I must say that I especially liked the way you phrased it though -- you have a way with words!
I fear for my country if B. Hussein gets in. So conservatives read and heed. Please just hold your nose and vote McCain!!!!
and I suppose the right-wing orgy over Romney in the early days of the campaign was fair, balanced, etc.

The point is that the orgy Ms Furr is talking about is put on by a supposedly impartial main stream media!
A gooey-chinned love-fest for Barry and Biden from their biggest fan club, the American media (I suppose the European media comes in second)!
Okay. There is a lot more to mainstream media these days. Check out all the different articles about Obama at Obamatracker.com. Some of the most interesting ones come from overseas.
Jealous much? Instead of sulking about the media's portrayal of Obama, why don't you ask yourself what he has that your guy doesn't? Answer: everything it takes to restore our country to the greatness it once had, the ability to reestablish esteem with countries that have watched in disgust at what has happened to our nation over the last eight years, integrity, honesty, and that dirty, dirty word that conservatives detest so much: HOPE.
Conservatives love the concept of hope, Penny. Look at Ronald Reagan. He was an authentic agent of hope.
But Reagan represented real hope - the hope that comes from the belief that if you try a little harder and work a little longer and smarter than the next fellow that you will be rewarded with increased earnings.
Not so in Obama's view of America. Obama nation will be built on the socialist kind of hope. The hope that comes from the taxman's theft of the earnings of that productive man discussed above.
Oh, OK. Tell that to the mangled bodies of our soldiers who have been completely abandoned by our government when they come back after serving and are treated to substandard care (if any at all) at our veterans hospitals. Tell them to try a little harder and work a little longer and smarter and everything will be just peachy. We wouldn't want to give them a "hand out", now would we?
BTW, how much of your tax dollars and mine have W. and Co. absconded with to finance this war? You're OK with that?
is the so called "main stream media" just another boogeyman to fear? Guess were are going to have to wrap our tvs with plastic wrap and duck tape to keep its evil influences at bay.
