I THOUGHT DURBIN "APOLOGIZED"

Okay --
If you listened to my show yesterday (Wednesday, June 22nd), you know that I said that I accept Senator Durbin's "apology" and want to move on. But I have to call him on the carpet for something AGAIN here. When I downloaded the "apology" from his website, it was titled "DURBIN APOLOGIZES ON SENATE FLOOR FOR GUANTANAMO BAY ANALOGIES." Now, a day or two later it's titled "DURBIN STATEMENT OF REGRET." Maybe I'm knit-picking here, but what's up with that? Why did he see the need to change the title? I was willing to let it go, but apparently he now doesn't want his "statement" to be seen as an apology? Now that the firestorm has subsided, he changes it? I really would like to know why...
