WHY CAN'T I GET TAX BREAKS LIKE SHIM?

The U.S. Tax Court ruled on Tuesday that a Massachusetts woman (??) can deduct the cost of her (??) sex-change operation, a decision that could set a precedent for other transgendered people across the country.

Rhiannon O'Donnabhain (pronounced O'Donovan) who was born a man, sued the Internal Revenue Service in 2007 after it rejected a $5,000 deduction for $25,000 in medical expenses related to her (??) sex-change surgery. In its decision, the IRS said that the surgery was cosmetic and not medically necessary. But the tax court said that the IRS position had been rebutted by medical evidence during the trial in Boston.

MEDICAL EVIDENCE OF WHAT???? I mean, come on. Is this for real?? Unfortunately, it is very real.
